  Had to make all arrangements by telephone from another state. Staff could not have been more helpful, efficient, and compassionate. Everything was done exactly as agreed. No surprises. No extra charges. Very reasonable cost, including shipment. My fourth family cremation in different states in five years but, by far, the best service and cost.

  Sadly I've had to plan two cremations and services in the last 9 months. The first was a large local chain - no good. A little short tempered and extra expensive. Crescent was much more affordable and were really kind and easy to work with. I will be using them from now on.

  Great place for cremation. I called at 7 am, a couple of hours after my dad passed. They were very respectful and kind. The price was less several other companies I tried, and they didn't try to "upsell" me on anything. They were very professional, through and through.

  It was great all the way until I called for the ashes they were supposed to separate for my mother. The lady tells me she has no note or recollection of this. She does this all the time and she doesn't see anything. So basically, I made up the conversation about separating ashes for my daughter's necklace. Not a sorry, just simple I'm good at this F you.

  They were kind, professional and provided an excellent service. No pressure or hassles. I appreciated all they did to make planning the service easy. These were the hardest days of my life and they made them a bit easier.
